Directions for Use

How to Take Your Tablets

Your Eat Less Method tablets are designed for sublingual absorption, meaning they dissolve under your tongue rather than being swallowed like a standard tablet. This allows the active medication to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. To take your dose:

  1. Place one tablet under your tongue.
  2. Allow it to fully dissolve — this usually takes a few minutes.
  3. Do not chew, crush, or swallow the tablet whole.
  4. Avoid eating or drinking for 5–10 minutes after dosing to support absorption.

Recommended Dosing Schedule

For weight maintenance following prior GLP-1 treatment:

  • Take 1 tablet twice per week
  • We recommend spacing doses evenly (for example: Monday and Friday)

This schedule is designed to support long-term appetite regulation and metabolic balance without delivering a full therapeutic weight-loss dose.

Maximum Weekly Dose

Some individuals may require a slightly higher maintenance frequency.

  • You may take up to 3 tablets per week if clinically advised
  • Do not exceed 3 tablets weekly within the microdosing protocol

If you feel you need more frequent dosing, please contact the prescribing team before making changes.
Ongoing Use & Maintenance

This programme is designed for individuals who have:

  • Already completed a weight-loss phase using GLP-1 medication
  • Reached their target or stable weight
  • Now wish to maintain results long term

Many patients remain on the maintenance protocol for extended periods, with periodic reviews to ensure suitability and effectiveness.

Storage & Handling

  • Store tablets in a cool, dry place
  • No refrigeration is required
  • Keep in original packaging until use
  • Keep out of reach of children

If you experience side effects or have questions about dosing, please contact our clinical team for guidance.
